Next True North Scraps has a new kit out called On The Right Track.  You guessed it, all about trains!  I want you to know that my sister just moved to Kansas, and they have a train track in their backyard.  Every time I heard the whistle blow, I grabbed my camera and ran for the back door.  Never did see a train!  After I got back home, my brother-in-law sent me a picture of the train going by behind his house!  I was a day late and a dollar short! lol.

Build a Kit - Great Pumpkin

The August Build a Kit at Stuff to Scrap is here and it is all things fall: orchards, pumpkins, apples, caramel apples etc.  Leaving a Legacy Designs went with the pumpkins and the Great Pumpkin!  She has a paper pack, element pack and an alpha for you!  She will also have a freebie on her blog AND there will be another one on her facebook page as well.  The one on my facebook page is a special project of hers…you have to check it out.

August for True North Scraps

This is the beginning of a new month and that means new challenges and new Bits N Pieces kits at Scraps N Pieces.

I'll start with the challenge news.  This month True North Scraps is hosting the "Use It All" Challenge. She's provided a free mini kit and the challenge is to use everything in it in a layout.

You get bonus points if you use the coordinating full-sized kit, Move It Move It in that layout.  It is on sale for 50% off for the entire month of August.

On to the next business...
