Gobblins, Pirates and Teens, Oh My! - Link fixed!

Ok, there is a lot going on today, so I'll get right to it. First off, is a kit by Charm City Scraps called Tricks and Treats. This was done for Stuff to Scrap's Build A Kit for September. It's a cute kit that I really like. Whether using it for a layout, Halloween invitations, or a night waiting for the Great Pumpkin, this kit is for you. And Adriana's Cafe also has a Build a Kit out called My Little Monster. I love the little monster on this kit.

I also have another new kit by Adriana's Cafe called Whatever. It made me think of teens right away, but it can be used on just about any layout. I love the colors and the flair she made for this.

The train, or should I say ship is here. This month we did Ahoy Matey! and I really like the way it turned out. Of course the pirate fans in my area wanted purple and gold for this kit, but....

Two new Contest

Well, I just signed up for two new scrapping contest. One is at The Studio called Layout Artist Contest and the other is at Brownie Scraps. This one is called Supreme Scrap Challenge, so we will see how that goes. I'm pretty much a newbie at both sites.

Both of these start on September 1st, so I will be extremely busy. I'm going to try to post the layouts here and keep you guys informed of how I do.

Speed Scrap Friday August 27

I don't know about you, but I love speed scraps. When I get stuck with a picture I'm not sure how to scrap, I save it for a speed scrap and low and behold, I have that picture scrapped! Template Just for Cyn

I have a template freebie for you today because a good friend of mine ask me for it. So I made this up tonight for her. Hope you enjoy it Cyn. Of course anyone else can grab it too.

To The Sea

I just picked up this awesome kit by Mommy Me Time Scrapper. It's called To The Sea. The blues and browns are perfect for the beach and pool pictures. And the cute aqua critters are wonderful. Here is a preview that's linked to here store.


And here are my layouts I did using this kit. They were from our Beach Day with the church, but I never left the pool! Isn't this the cutest mermaid?


And see all the ocean critters? They are too adorable! I did this one for the speed scrap yesterday at Stuff to Scrap.

About A Girl

Baptism Day

The One That Got Away

Have you seen this kit by Seal Scraps? It's called The One That Got Away. There are 23 Papers, 51 unique elements (along with some recolored ones), and 2 alphas: a full silver alpha and a mixed case scribbled paper alpha. This kit is perfect for your fishing pictures, and I used mine for an aquarium visit since we having been fishing in a while. I love all the elements she has in this kit.
